METAL WALL ART
This painting is constructed of rigid aluminum plate that has been hand
ground, sanded and polished to create holographic like reflections and nuances within the metal. Transparent colors of amazing depth and vibrancy are hand applied to create what you see here.
The result is a work with amazing colors, reflectivity, and the appearance that the painting seems to move as you walk by. You have to see it in person to believe it! When displayed under the recommended 3 track light system, this painting will wow your friends, and become a great conversation piece.
I love to create art that give a real sense of warmth and dimension....the kind that makes you feel as if you can reach into the work itself and grab hold of something within. This medium allows me to work with light, reflection, and color to create very dramatic 3 dimensional and hologram- like effects.
