Yes, we offer combined shipping & handling (S&H) discount for multiple purchases if the item are paid and shipped together. The saving is simply pay the first item (S&H) in full and then deduct Usd 2.00 from any subsequent items. For detail, please refer to our shipping terms of above.
I would like my package to be shipped without tracking number?
We strongly not recommended the shipment shipped without tracking number. When the shipment is shipped without tracking number, the arrival of the item is at buyer`s risk as we are not responsible For detail, stolen or damaged item during shipment.
Can I check my parcel on the web?
Yes, when the parcel is shipped by registered air you are able to check each tracking number on the web.
How long I should contact you for lost
Normally, you should have the parcel within 7 - 20 days . after you have our tracking number. If you do not receive your parcel after one (1) month of you received the tracking number. Please me the detail and we will start tracking procedure from post office. Hong Kong post office normally will take around . 2 months (normally 3-4 weeks) to confirm where the parcel. When the parcel is confirmed lost, damage on the way, we will refund full payment to you. However If the parcel is returned by wrong address or no people to sign up the parcel, we will send the parcel again by buyer`s cost.
I do not receive a response regarding my question?
Normally, we will reply your within 24 hours except Saturday . If you do not response within 24 hours, the most reasons are (1) The is not reached you during you have changed your address from the one that is registered or (2) You are using a block or filter that is blocking our response. So please disable any SPAM block or filters and send your again.
